Hillary Clinton's explanation of what went on in regards to her use of a private email address and server is "Clinton speak," which is not necessarily the truth, one expert tells Newsmax.
During an appearance on
Newsmax TV's "The Hard Line," cyber security expert Alex McGeorge tells host Ed Berliner Clinton may very well have broken the law.

"Look, this is Clinton speak. Any words she uses were told to her by a lawyer," says McGeorge, a senior researcher at Immunity, Inc. "So we're going to figure out whether she's telling the truth over the next several months but I could tell you there are a whole host of U.S. codes, laws that she may have broken and they don't necessarily have to do with her either sending or receiving national security emails and/or data."
The FBI is investigating whether Clinton exchanged any classified material on her email, which at one point was maintained by a small Denver-based company whose office was in a converted loft apartment. Clinton's email server was located in a
bathroom closet.
On Wednesday, court documents revealed that Clinton used a
personal Blackberry during her time as secretary of state (2009-2013), while the Blackberry devices used by two of her closest aides were later destroyed.
Clinton claims she never sent anything that was marked classified over her email, a point critics take issue with. Further,
more than 300 emails have been flagged as potentially containing classified information.
"She may be speaking the truth in that she did not receive anything knowingly that was labeled as classified," McGeorge says. "However, if you consider the emails an aggregate of the U.S. secretary of state, those are certainly sensitive and merit some increased security on the cyber side. There's just no way around that."
The other "Hard Line" panel member, Citizens United president and chairman David Bossie, said the buck stopped with Clinton while she was at the State Department.
"Hillary Clinton herself has acknowledged that she was the decision maker," Bossie says. "She was the principle that made the decision to run her emails through a private server, that she ran her emails over an iPad that was not secured, that she ran her emails through a Blackberry that was not provided by the State Department nor encrypted with the right security. She and herself has acknowledged that she's made those decisions. I don't think we have to look very far to understand who is responsible."
