Donald Trump is a "good schmoozer" and "probably a better natural politician" than all the others seeking the presidency, Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol tells
Newsmax TV, recounting a recent meeting with the front-runner, but he still doesn't think Trump should become the president of the United States.
"He's a very talented guy at this kind of thing," Kristol said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show. "He saw me. He was up there with [ABC News' George] Stephanopoulos and he walked past me sort of getting ready to come up after the roundtable."

And then, "it was like he saw me and it was a lot of gestures. Very funny. Pretending to shoot me and then he came over, pat me on the back, 'hey you've been tough on me Kristol, but you know you'll come around. I can do a good job for this country. I admire you guys. You're doing a good job at that magazine,'" Kristol continued.
Trump in the encounter was "very New York, very back slapping, quite engaging," said Kristol. "I told someone 'boy you can see he's a fun guy to spend an evening with.'"
Further, Kristol said he thinks Trump will end up spending millions in his race if he wins primaries in New Hampshire and South Carolina.
"I think if he has a real chance to win the nomination, he'll do it," said Kristol. "The question is if he falters, does he stay in the way of [Ted] Cruz or [Marco] Rubio or [John] Kasich or [Jeb] Bush?"
