Early voting is nothing more than "a scheme to commit voter fraud," political strategist Dick Morris told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.
"It eliminates the secret ballot," he told host J.D. Hayworth on the Newsmax TV "America Votes 2016" election special.

He referenced states like Colorado, which conducts presidential elections by mail-in ballot.
"You get a bus full of people or you go into a nursing home and you carry around a petition and people sign and they vote," he said. "All of this early voting stuff is a scheme to commit voter fraud.
"You bus people in and they all vote.
"It's something that you can do with early voting and mail voting and absentee voting, where you can eliminate the secret ballot and basically pay people to vote."
