Jeb Bush's departure Saturday from the Republican presidential primary race Saturday after a dismal showing in South Carolina "certainly clarifies the field" and will most help rival Marco Rubio, political strategist Dick Morris told

"It will help Rubio, though, because most of his votes will go to Rubio," he added. "With Bush out, that support may well go to Rubio — and that may well give him an advantage as the race unfolds."
