President Donald Trump "should refuse to talk" to Russia special counsel Robert Mueller, Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman told Newsmax TV on Tuesday.
"There's executive privilege here, separation of powers," he told "Newsmax Now" host Bill Tucker in an interview. "Number two, anything that the president says will be used against him.
"They'll distort everything.
"Mueller has access to a lot of documents, a lot of sources — and, frankly with Mueller, who is not a man of integrity — he'll twist everything to the point to where whatever the president says, he'll wind up being accused potentially of perjury.
"So, no, he should not talk to Mueller."

Klayman added "a stand needs to be taken and the president needs to fight back.
"It's got to be the president himself.
"He's a fighter — and he should go with his instincts," he told Tucker. "And his instincts are not consistent with what his lawyers have been telling him."
