Hillary Clinton, a likely Democratic candidate for president, is a "ticking time bomb'" who could destroy her own party, public advocacy group Freedom Watch founder Larry Klayman said Friday.
Speaking on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on
Newsmax TV, the former federal prosecutor who on Wednesday filed a racketeering lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida,
The Hill reports, said Clinton's alleged past misdeeds would give her "a new beginning … in a prison cell."
"Hillary can make all the jokes she wants," Klayman said. "This is why people don't like her. This is why even the Democrats are turning against her. She's a ticking time bomb that's going to destroy the Democratic Party."

The complaint, which lists Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation as defendants, alleges that the Clintons sold access to other U.S. government officials in return for donations to their organization, which they concealed, allegedly, by using a private computer server for her emails operated from their home in Chappaqua, N.Y.
"There's a pattern and practice of defrauding the American people" over the years, Klayman charged. "We know Hillary Clinton. The past is a prologue. That's what she did during the Clinton administration."
Klayman launched dozens of lawsuits against the Clinton administration, The Hill has reported.
Klayman also noted that
a new report this week alleges that Clinton "greased visas for her brother and others at the State Department, and the others gave contributions."
"This is Hillary Clinton at her 'best'," he scoffed.
