John Kasich will win his state's Republican primary on Tuesday, though Donald Trump "may give him a run for his money," pollster Matt Towery told
Newsmax TV on Wednesday.
"In in the end, I think he'll win," Towery said of the Ohio governor to "Newsmax Now" hosts John Bachman and Miranda Khan. "I expect that the anger that people feel about the government in general won't necessarily be taken out on their governor."

That victory, which would keep Kasich in the race, also puts him in a strong position should the Republican Party go to a brokered convention in Cleveland in July, he said.
"If John Kasich should win in Ohio and stay in the race, it actually helps Donald Trump, to some extent, because Trump needs to keep this a three-man race. There are enough winner-take-all states out there that he could pull off that win without having to go to a brokered convention."
However, "if we go to a brokered convention," Towery posed, "someone like a John Kasich stands a great opportunity of being the compromise candidate.
"He would have to stay in the race. If he gets out of the race, then he's vanquished with everyone else."
