Secretary of State John Kerry should be fired immediately, Rep. Jeff Miller, chairman of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs, told
Newsmax TV Wednesday.
"I was shocked that they put him in job in first place," Miller, a Florida Republican said on "America’s Forum." "It's time for him to go. [Former Secretary of State] Hillary Clinton didn't do anything but rack up a bunch of miles. Secretary Kerry has done less than she did."

Miller’s words echo pointed criticism Kerry has received over the past week.
Last week, Kerry left Egypt after failing to broker a ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel. On Monday a draft of the cease-fire agreement was leaked to an Israeli newspaper and Kerry was accused of siding with Hamas "while ignoring the hopes and wishes of some of America’s staunchest allies in the region,"
Newsweek reported.
"There's no question this administration has done more to alienate that very important ally of ours in this process," Miller said.
"He's representing our country poorly and somebody else could do it better," he said. "Everywhere he goes, he seems to not have the ability to deliver a clear, concise message.
"Maybe his president and the person that's in the Oval Office is telling him to do what he's doing. if that's the case, again, I didn't support President [Barack] Obama was he was elected the first time nor re-elected and it's going to take a long time to repair the foreign policy damage that has been done not only in Israel, but around the globe."
