Former Army Ranger Nicholas Irving has followed up his 2015 book "The Reaper" with the just-released "Way of the Reaper: My Greatest Untold Missions and the Art of Being a Sniper" in which he details various missions and methods used by him and his fellow Rangers.

"Each mission is an in-depth look at a new element of eliminating the enemy, from intel to luck, recon to weaponry," according to the book's description.

Irving is the first African American sniper in the history of the Army Ranger 75th regiment and discussed in his first book how the military's rules of engagement are leaving American troops vulnerable.

Irving was a guest Tuesday on Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Prime," where he told host J.D. Hayworth he is not confident in the abilities of Republican Donald Trump or Democrat Hillary Clinton to lead the military and that more must be done to repair the broken Veterans Administration.
