The new Republican-led Congress should quickly address the Affordable Care Act early next year, says healthcare policy expert Sally Pipes, president of the Pacific Research Institute.
"I would love to see a vote right away when the new Congress comes in to fully repeal Obamacare," Pipes said Friday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on
