The Navy SEAL set to crow about killing Osama bin Laden on Fox News as well as a fellow soldier who wrote about it in a best-selling book should be prosecuted for violating military law, former Navy SEAL and FBI Agent Jonathan Gilliam says.

"These two bad eggs, [Matt] Bissonnette and [Robert] O'Neill, should have been reigned in a long time ago," Gilliam said Thursday on "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

"They've both broken the law. I'd bring then back in the Navy. I would knock them down in rank, do a trial, and then if they go to jail … kick them out with a dishonorable discharge."

Next week, Fox plans to air an interview with O'Neill, who has come forward to take credit for personally shooting bin Laden, the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks.

And on Sunday, Bissonnette is scheduled to appear on "60 Minutes," to discuss his role in the mission to kill bin Laden, which he wrote about under the name of "Mark Owen" in his book "No Easy Day: The Autobiography of a Navy SEAL."

Gilliam said until swift action is taken against the two blabbing ex-SEALs, "you're going to continue to see problems in these tier-one units that are inherently secret. Somebody has to police them."

Gilliam — now President of United States Continued Service, an employment agency for ex-military men and women — also criticized comic Chris Rock for his mocking of the Boston Marathon bombing and the just-opened Freedom Tower on "Saturday Night Live."

"If he would've just went ahead and made fun of the grandma who had her head cut off, he would've had a trifecta there of bad comedy," Gilliam said.

"It's not really comedy to me. What it is, it's a symbol of the same arrogance and stupidity that you see in people like Ben Affleck, Rosie O'Donnell. They just do not realize the seriousness of the situation … the potential spread of terrorism here."
