Rep.-elect Burgess Owens, R-Utah, says the U.S. now knows what leadership looks like in President Donald Trump, and former President Barack Obama's greatest gift was being such a lousy leader "that we all woke up and figured out" that things needed to change.
Owens was one of at least 13 Republicans who flipped seats in the House of Representatives, chipping away at the Democrats' overwhelming majority in the lower chamber.
