A number of law enforcement agencies around the country are refusing to enforce state, county, and local lockdown edicts that order people to remain in their homes until the COVID-19 pandemic has run its course.

Their justifications run from constitutional concerns to not having the time to arrest otherwise law-abiding citizens.
