Congress should steer clear of trying to regulate Facebook in the wake of revelations the personal information of 50 million users was mined by a data analytics firm that helped elect President Donald Trump, former federal prosecutor Larry Klayman tells Newsmax TV.

"Private companies now have the capabilities of the National Security Agency," Klayman, a conservative lawyer and founder of the government watchdogs Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, told host Miranda Khan on Tuesday's "America Talks Live."
