Vice President Mike Pence cast aside the idea his boss is working for the Russian government, telling Newsmax TV the mere mention of that is "ludicrous."
Pence was on "The Howie Carr Show" on Tuesday, four days after The New York Times reported the FBI opened an investigation into whether Trump was a Russian asset after he fired FBI director James Comey in May 2017.
