The concept of "microaggressions" appears to be creeping into medicine.

The Oregon Medical Board is considering amending its ethics rules to require that doctors report "unprofessional conduct" by themselves or a colleague within 10 business days including "microaggressions." Otherwise, they can face severe penalties, including loss of license.
