The tight Pennsylvania House race being contested via a special election this week could swing either way because of the district's voting history and its voter demographics, former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay told Newsmax TV.
The Texas Republican appeared on "Newsmax Now" and said the Keystone State's 18th district special election Tuesday likely hinges on turnout.
