The person who sent explosives to President Donald Trump's opponents could have been a "leftist" with an election agenda to scare Americans into voting Democrat, ex-Navy SEAL and FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam said Wednesday.
In comments to Newsmax TV's "Newsmax Now," Gilliam said "we have to ask ourselves why didn't [the explosives] go off?"
