The National Counterintelligence and Security Center makes its case in a recent report that foreign intelligence agencies are "unprecedented" in their threats to U.S. security.

Critics claim the report from the department in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) undersells the danger, particularly from China and Iran, and simply ignores or avoids the most obvious problems.
