China's Tech Advancements Pose Threat to US Security

From cracking impenetrable codes through quantum computing to creating an indestructible army once only imaginable in a sci-fi flick, China is sparing no expense in developing technological threats that pose a grave threat to U.S. national security.

Foreign affairs experts say Beijing is researching, funding, and developing a wide range of technologies including quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and cloud seeding that could be weaponized against the U.S. and any other country China views as an adversary. While creating a super soldier is likely years away from happening, other advancements that could quickly boost China's military are more imminent.
