The Osama bin Laden-founded terror group al-Qaida may end up being one of the biggest beneficiaries of President Joe Biden’s chaotic military withdrawal from Afghanistan, according to a new United Nations Security Council report.

Though the modern-day Taliban has splintered into competing factions, the al-Qaida-linked Haqqani Network controls the country’s capital, Kabul.
