With the USS Roosevelt aircraft carrier currently out of commission and Army forces across the United States focused on battling the coronavirus, there is growing concern that U.S. adversaries could be tempted to exploit the coronavirus.

The latest sign of turmoil in the U.S. military command: Acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly's resignation Tuesday over inflammatory remarks he made about the captain of the Roosevelt.
