Report: US Lacks Adequate Forces to Simultaneously Confront Russia, China

China's significant military buildup and the United States' refusal to match have put the American armed forces in a perilous position, military experts are warning.

It's grave enough that a new report by the RAND Corporation, a global policy think tank, suggests the United States lacks adequate forces to counter China and Russia at the same time.
