Former New York Gov. George Pataki, who is "seriously considering" a presidential run in 2016, was in New Hampshire on Sunday and Monday for meetings with Republican activists.

The Boston Globe that he was encouraged by the feedback he was getting.
Pataki's message was that he "successfully ran one of the largest and most complicated governments in the country — and in a blue state," the Globe reported.
The former governor, who left office in 2007 after serving three terms, is on record as opposing President Barack Obama's unilateral immigration policies, supporting abortion rights and gay rights, and giving private industry a lead role in dealing with climate change.
Pataki also weighed running in 2008 and 2012 before deciding not to do so.
