Rep. Beto O'Rourke, D-Texas, has not ruled out running for president in 2020 after his failed bid to unseat Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas.
"Amy and I made a decision not to rule anything out," O'Rourke said, according to The Washington Post.
O'Rourke has been married to his wife Amy since 2005. She told the Post she has reservations about her husband launching a White House campaign.
"I don't know," she said. "To me, that just seems like you have to give up so much. I don't know if this is a line that I or we really want to cross."
O'Rourke gained national attention and took in nearly $70 million during his Senate campaign, according to OpenSecrets.org.
The list of Democrats who have expressed a potential interest in running against President Donald Trump seemingly grows longer every week.
