President Donald Trump’s call to deport illegal immigrants with “no judges or court cases,” is both “illegal and unconstitutional,” the American Civil Liberties Union said in a tweet on Sunday.

“Trump’s pathological dishonest is undermining our democracy,” added Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders. “Now is the time for the American people to fight back on every front.”

The president blamed the immigration crisis on Democrats once again, and tweeted that the U.S. “can’t allow all of these people to invade our country.”

"When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order. Most children come without parents.

"Our Immigration policy, laughed at all over the world, is very unfair to all of those people who have gone through the system legally and are waiting on line for years!" Trump continued. "Immigration must be based on merit - we need people who will help to Make America Great Again!"

Rep. Gregory Meeks said Trump’s use of the word invasion, “speaks to the President’s strategy: dehumanize them, desensitize us & dismantle our values of justice.”
