Former NFL star quarterback Brett Favre is endorsing President Donald Trump’s reelection bid.
Favre tweeted his endorsement on Friday.
He wrote: "My Vote is for what makes this country great, freedom of speech & religion, 2nd [Amendment], hard working tax paying citizens, police & military. In this election, we have freedom of choice, which all should respect. For me & these principles, my Vote is for @RealDonaldTrump."
Legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus endorsed Trump on Wednesday and encouraged undecided voters to give his candidacy another look, as the president has "delivered on his promises."
And The Hill noted other sports celebrities are backing Trump, including former NFL star Herschel Walker and former NFL great Mike Ditka.
