Fox News' Chris Wallace drew cheers from a crowd outside Fox News headquarters in New York City when he admitted Republican Donald Trump might actually win the presidency.
"I believed as we sat down here at 6 o'clock tonight that Hillary Clinton was going to take it," Wallace said. But as Trump began to win victories – and maintain close margins in Florida, North Carolina and other states, the possibility of him actually winning began to take hold.
"I just said it's a possibility," Wallace said. "I think a lot of us bought into the idea that the Hispanics were going to be the difference. Now we're going to single votes. This could go either way. North Carolina could go either way. Ohio could go either way. New Hampshire could go either way. I think you would still rather be in Clinton's position than Trump's as we sit here right now, but you can certainly write a scenario."
