President Donald Trump is currently weighing an end to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, but a new report warns that it could cost 700,000 jobs.

Axios released an advanced report Tuesday morning, based on research from the Center for American Progress, the Cato Institute, and from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's FWD.us, showing that 91 percent of DACA recipients, or 700,000 people, have jobs. Should Trump decide to cease the program, "1,400 people per business day will lose their authorizations to work."

Trump is reportedly reviewing the program and will decide by this Friday if it will be renewed.

Axios' Dave Lawler notes that "ending DACA wouldn't mean all of the 'Dreamers' would be deported. But it would mean they'd lose their ability to work legally, and that could have significant economic consequences."
