Trump on DNC Leadership Fight: Ellison 'Predicted Early That I Would Win'

President Donald Trump weighed in on the Democratic National Committee's leadership battle Wednesday morning, pointing out on Twitter one of the leading contenders for the job, Rep. Keith Ellison, "predicted early that I would win."

One thing I will say about Rep. Keith Ellison, in his fight to lead the DNC, is that he was the one who predicted early that I would win!

Ellison, a Minnesota congressman, and Former Labor Secretary Tom Perez are viewed as the main contenders for the job.

The DNC will choose its new leader at a meeting Saturday in Atlanta.
