Even as questions mount about Russia was behind election cyberattacks, President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter Friday morning to use the topic to slam Hillary Clinton, his failed Democratic opponent.

Trump pointed out that the hacking revealed an email showing Hillary Clinton received a Democratic primary debate question in advance.

Politico observes that even though he's now been elected president, Trump is not changing his ways. The website noted that in between interviewing potential Cabinet nominees and talking to foreign dignitaries, Trump has taken time to attack a Manhattan magazine publisher, an Indiana union leader, the cast of "Saturday Night Live," and others who have challenged or annoyed him.

"In his mind, he's an outsider," said the Rev. Al Sharpton, who has known Trump for decades. "He always felt like people were looking down on him and attacking him. People don't understand that and don't see him that way anymore, but he still sees himself like an outsider."

And Politico reports that just last week, Trump went on the attack after a Washington Post report disclosed the CIA believed Russia hacked Democratic targets to disrupt the U.S. election to help Trump get elected.

"These are the same people that said Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction," his transition office said in a statement.

The Los Angeles Times notes that Trump's "communications appear aimed at keeping his supporters on his team, his opponents under fire and the rest of America distracted from larger unanswered questions about the president-elect plans."
