President-elect Donald Trump took to Twitter for the second time Sunday to blast the recount efforts, saying he "won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally."

Earlier Sunday Trump derided Hillary Clinton for joining the recount efforts, funded and launched by Green Party candidate Jill Stein.

This time, Trump reiterated he would have won the popular vote if he needed to.
