Donald Trump trails Hillary Clinton in the race for president, according to the results of a new poll.

The Fox News survey finds that Clinton has a three-point advantage over the real estate mogul in the race — 42 percent to 39 percent, which is within the poll's three-point margin of error..

It marks a six-point drop for Trump in the same poll taken about a month ago.

Clinton's 42 percent figure, however, did not change from a month ago and is her lowest mark in this poll since November.

The poll was conducted Sunday through Wednesday, so those surveyed were exposed to both Trump's comments about a Mexican-American judge and Clinton becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee

Other key findings:
  • 47 percent said Clinton is not likable enough to serve as president, a decrease of 5 points from April. Trump dropped from 41 percent to 39 percent.
  • 52 percent said they would "change the channel" if Clinton appeared on television.
  • 60 percent think Clinton is lying about how her emails were handled when she served as secretary of state, up from 58 percent last September.
Forty-one percent of those surveyed consider themselves as Democrats, while 35 percent said they are Republicans. Twenty percent selected "independent/other."
