Donald Trump weighed in Wednesday on the flap over wife Melania's speech to the Republican National Convention, praising the impact for generating "more publicity than any in the history of politics."

But the GOP presidential nominee also chided the media for the grueling attention, saying his wife's address got more "forensic analysis" than Hillary Clinton's emails.

The Monday night speech generated searches on Google and conversations on Facebook that continued Wednesday, according to USA Today.
