Donald Trump has declared Obamacare is "over."
In a rally in Tampa, Fla., Monday, the GOP nominee reacted to news that premiums were expected to go up an average of 25 percent, ABC News reports.
"It's over for Obamacare," Trump said. "Hillary Clinton wants to double down and make it more expensive and it's not going to work. Our country can't afford it, you can't afford it."
Trump said his first days in the White House would include "repealing and replacing Obamacare" and that he would instead deliver "great health care at a fraction of the cost."
