According to
Landmark/Rosetta Stone poll, reported by WSB-TV:
- Trump: 42.3 percent;
- Clinton, 41.4 percent;
- 15.6 percent, undecided.

- Democrats, 8.7 percent;
Clinton won the Democratic primary on March 1 with a landslide win over Bernie Sanders, taking 71 percent of the vote. Trump won on the Republican side, beating the then-long list of GOP candidates with 39 percent.
