President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, won’t be handling any matters involving Ukraine, CNN reported Friday night.
Citing an unnamed source, CNN reported Giuliani still, however, remains on the president’s legal team.
"There are no Ukraine issues,” Giuliani told CNN. “I finished that in March. I'm still representing him."
Two foreign-born associates of Rudy Giuliani were indicted on campaign finance charges over alleged schemes to buy political influence on behalf of a Ukrainian government official and a Russian businessman.
The associates had key roles in Giuliani's efforts to launch a Ukrainian corruption investigation against Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
