Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Sunday if Rudy Giuliani has “got the goods” on Joe Biden and his son Hunter, he should hand it over to the intelligence community.

In an interview on CBS News’ “Face The Nation,” Giuliani declared, “I’m not the Republican Christopher Steele.”

“If Rudy Giuliani has any information coming out of the Ukraine, he needs to turn it over to the Department of Justice because it could be Russian propaganda,” he said.

“I talked to Attorney General [William] Barr this morning and [North Carolina GOP Sen,] Richard Burr… and they told me ‘take very cautiously anything coming out of the Ukraine against anybody.”

According to Graham, the DOJ is “receiving information coming out of the Ukraine from Rudy... they created a process to see if it’s legitimate.”

He said his advice to Giuliani would be: “You think you’ve got the goods, don’t give it to me because we know… the Russian disinformation campaign was used against Trump.”

Graham added Russians are “on the ground all over the world trying to affect democracy all over the world,” but said he’s "not sure" if Giuliani is getting played by Russia.

“This is what I'll do… get to the bottom how the FISA warrant system failed and make sure we reform it,” he vowed.
