The digital aspect of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign team is coming together, with three people on board and one other digital expert waiting in the wings. All of them are veterans of high-profile Democrat campaigns.

Washington Post report breaks down team Clinton's digital staff ahead of her planned campaign announcement that could come next month.
Katie Dowd, a digital director at the Clinton Foundation, will serve the same role on Clinton's campaign. Under her will be Jenna Lowenstein, according to the Post report.
Teddy Goff, who was President Barack Obama's digital director during the 2012 campaign, is working in an advisory role, while Andrew Bleeker — another Obama veteran — might also join the team as an adviser.
Dowd began working with Clinton during her 2008 campaign for president, when Dowd was the new media director, according to
her LinkedIn page. She then followed Clinton to the Department of State, and later became the director of digital strategy for the office of Hillary Clinton at the family's foundation.
Dowd's deputy on Clinton's campaign will be Lowenstein, who previously worked for Emily's List — an organization that helps left-leaning women in favor of abortion get elected to public office.
Goff, according to the Post, will be an adviser to the campaign so that he can stay at the helm of a private business he founded after working on the 2012 Obama campaign.
Bleeker worked on the 2012 Obama campaign and Clinton's 2008 campaign, and now runs a private digital strategy firm he founded.
Clinton is weathering a scandal caused by her decision to use a private email address and a private, home-based server during her time as Secretary of State from 2009-2013. Some Republicans and legal experts want her to
cancel her White House plans and even be charged with a crime.
Democrats have pledged their support of Clinton despite the scandal, as
she continues to lead all other potential Democrat candidates in polls. Her overall popularity, however, has dipped since the scandal broke earlier this month.
