Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., on Wednesday ripped the coronavirus relief bill supported by President Joe Biden as being “chock-full of spending porn,” in an interview with Fox News.

"This isn’t a coronavirus bill," Kennedy told "America’s Newsroom." "This is a left-of-Lenin, neo-socialist wish list."

He added that the Biden administration is taking an “infantile” approach when it comes to spending, noting the $3 trillion green energy bill.

"The objective is not to spend money – it’s not how much you spend, it’s what you spend it on," Kennedy said.

The senator noted that of the $70 billion already allocated to K-12 schools, just $4 billion has been spent while the new coronavirus relief bill would add billions more in funding, which would most likely not be spent until sometime in 2024.
