Rapper Kanye West revealed Tuesday that he is voting for himself for president.
West, who joined the presidential race in July and lives in Wyoming, tweeted Tuesday morning:
"God is so good Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it's for someone I truly trust…me."
West entered the presidential race late, and he was only able to garner enough signatures to land on 12 state ballots. He was once a supporter of President Donald Trump, before he announced his intention to run for the White House.
West hinted in August, however, that his campaign could be designed to take votes away from Democrat Joe Biden, which could help Trump win another term in office.
West's campaign team made a similar remark while collecting signatures in Wyoming.
