Rep. Kathleen Rice: NRA Becoming 'Domestic Security Threat'

Rep. Kathleen Rice, D-N.Y., said Thursday that the National Rifle Association and its spokeswoman Dana Loesch are "domestic security threats," on Twitter.

I'm just going to say it. #NRA & @DLoesch are quickly becoming domestic security threats under President Trump. We can't ignore that.

Rice had earlier commented on Loesch's tweet about Philando Castile, a black man killed by police after a traffic stop.

Two things: 1. Castile death was awful and avoidable. 2. Carrying firearm w controlled substance is not "lawful carry." Important.

Rice hasn't tweeted since her "domestic security" comment, but Loesch tweeted repeatedly about her comment, and retweeted many people responding to it throughout the day Friday.
