Democratic challenger Tammy Duckworth was projected Tuesday to defeat incumbent Republican Sen. Mark Kirk in Illinois, according to Fox News.

Here are the results:

  • Duckworth: 50 percent.
  • Kirk: 45 percent.
  • Libertarian Kenton McMillien: 4 percent.
