Rep. Maxine Waters is boycotting President Trump's speech to Congress, ABC News reported.

Word the California Democrat would not attend the Tuesday night speech came in a tweet from reporter Ben Siegel.

But other members of the House Democratic caucus appear to be taking a different approach, according to Siegel.

This will not be the first time Waters has skipped a Trump appearance. She also refused to attend his inauguration in January, The Hill reported.

"I don't honor him, I don't respect him and I don't want to be involved with him," Waters said at the time, according to the website.

She recently said her "greatest desire is to lead (Trump) right into impeachment." The Hill noted she later clarified the comment by saying she meant the president's actions were leading him toward impeachment.
