One of Hillary Clinton's nieces has a message for the Democratic presidential nominee: She is voting for Donald Trump.
Macy Smit, a 25-year-old hairstylist in Florida, told RadarOnline.com she is supporting the Republican candidate in the race for president.
"Something tells me the Clinton side of the family looks at me and my mother as not good enough, but we're hard-working!" Smit told the website. "I support Donald Trump — 100 percent! I have been a Democrat my entire life, but Trump is what we need right now — somebody who is going to stand up for us. I think at this point Hillary just wants it for the history books — to be the first woman president for selfish reasons."
Smit is the daughter of Roger Clinton, the brother of former President Bill Clinton. She is married to a 25-year-old Air Force meteorologist.
Clinton's once strong lead over Trump in the race for the White House has essentially been erased. The RealClear Politics polling average shows she leads by 1.7 points entering next Tuesday's election.
