Omarosa Manigault Newman may have worked for the Trump administration and starred in a television show President Donald Trump hosted, but she says she is voting for former Vice President Joe Biden.
During a Monday interview with "Extra," the former contestant on "The Apprentice" said she thinks Biden will become the next president.
"I certainly believe that Biden-Harris will win on Tuesday," she said, adding Trump will "make life very, very difficult for us" if he loses.
"It's going to be a tumultuous transition. Trust me," Manigault Newman said.
Trump hired Manigault Newman to work on his 2016 campaign. She then worked in his administration until 2017. She left and published a book in 2018, which alleged that the president used racist and misogynist language about Black people and women.
She said "the power went straight to his head" after Trump became president.
Manigault Newman said seeing Sen. Kamala Harris, a fellow Howard University graduate, on the ticket is a "special moment."
Without directly saying she voted for Biden, she told the outlet, "Just know that I voted for the graduate of Howard University, because I'm a Bison through and through!"
