Though she doesn't agree much on issues with Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin sympathizes in at least one area: sexism in politics.
"She can expect that sexism, but you overcome it. You ignore it," Palin said Tuesday on CNN's "
The Lead with Jake Tapper"
"You thicken your skin, you march forward with your message, your priorities, your agenda that you believe is right for America."

"Hillary Clinton was mistreated when it came to appearances, when it came to wardrobe – petty, superficial things that the men don't ever seem to hear much about, but a woman candidate will," Palin said.
New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, who has faced comments about his weight, might disagree, Tapper told her.
"That's because it's been extreme," Palin said. "So it's hard for some people not to comment on it."
Despite her interest in issues, Palin insisted she doesn't want to run again herself. There are plenty of good people who do want to seek elective office, she said, and she wants to help find them.
"I want you to know that you don't need a title, you don't need a position to make a difference," she said.
Though she and former running mate Sen. John McCain don't see eye-to-eye on some issues, she said she respects him for his military service. He also put her on the national stage by naming her his running mate in 2008.
"I will never badmouth Sen. McCain," she said.
Still, she said Republicans "can't afford to be squishy on issues," and need to vote in party leaders who understand the importance of defending the republic and protecting the Constitution.
