Former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi insisted Thursday that she and others representing President Donald Trump will remain in Pennsylvania and won't go anywhere until "they declare we won."
"They are trying to suppress us from coming in even to the convention center [in Philadelphia] where the ballots are being counted," Bondi said on Fox News' "Fox & Friends." "The law makes it very clear in the U.S. Constitution the legislature, they are the ones who determine the manner of votes."
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, she added, has "tried to change the rules of the game" and "that is not her job."
Trump's side will present its case in state court this morning to appeal access to vote-counting procedures, she added.
"What I saw on the ground yesterday should not happen to any candidate, Democrat or Republican, in this country," she said. "You are allowed to observe the process when your votes are being counted. We followed all the rules."
The Trump poll watchers are "not a mob," but are 15 people who are "well-educated, prepared on the issues."
Observers want to see if ballots that came in late were stamped property, but they have been placed so far away that they can't see anything, she added.
Bondi also claimed that "fake ballots are coming in late," but when show co-host Steve Doocy pressed her on that, she amended her comment to say "there could be. That's the problem."
Doocy further asked if she had heard definite stories about fake ballots and she responded that "we know that ballots have been dumped, there were ballots that were found early on. We have heard people were receiving ballots that were dead."
But the process of counting can't be extended, as Pennsylvania officials want, Bondi said.
"All we want to do is observe what's happening, right now within that convention center," she said. "If something is not wrong, why won't they let us observe ... there are good people working in that room. We don't want them to lose their jobs for coming forward and talking to us."
