Poll: Dems Favor Biden in 2020 Presidential Race

Former Vice President Joe Biden leads all potential Democratic candidates for his party's presidential nomination, according to a new Harvard CAPS/Harris poll.

The survey results were provided to The Hill and show:

  • 32 percent of Democrats favor Biden.
  • 18 percent back Hillary Clinton.
  • 16 percent support Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.
  • 10 percent favor Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass.

No other potential candidate polled double digits, according to The Hill. The poll's sampling size and margin of error were not provided.
