President Donald Trump's approval rating dropped three points in three days and now stands at 38 percent.
According to Gallup, Trump has a 38 percent approval rating and a 57 percent disapproval rating through Sunday.
The president was at 38 percent May 10, but then surged to 41 percent the following day.
Trump dipped under 40 percent in mid-April. His approval number hit 35 percent March 28 — the lowest number of his presidency thus far.
A glance through Gallup's historical records revealed no other president in history, dating back to Harry Truman, has garnered such a low number at this point in their first term.

Things got more difficult for Trump last week after he fired FBI director James Comey, which Democrats say is suspicious because of the FBI's investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.
